To request a Falkland Islands vetting check (police check), the applicant must complete the Vetting Check Application Form V1 and be returned to the Post Office along with the payment of £30.95GBP. Certificates are returned to the applicant by post unless otherwise stated (i.e. to be sent by e-mail / to be collected from the Post Office).

EARLY YEARS / CHARITY MEMBERS (FREE)
Early Years / Charity Members are eligible to request a Falkland Islands vetting check (police check) free of charge. The applicants must complete the Vetting Check Application Form V2 and be returned to the Police Station for the attention of the Senior Clerk. Certificates are returned to the relevant person by post unless otherwise stated (i.e. to be sent by e-mail / to be collected from the Police Station).

• Early Years requests are returned to the Nursery Liaison Officer
• Charity Members request are returned to the Charity Organizer / Leader

PROCESSING TIME
All police checks are processed by the Royal Falkland Islands Police.
Please allow up to 10 working days to process vetting checks.
